Bells MES is excited to have been asked to work on stage 5 of the development of The International Quarter in Stratford, East London.

The International Quarter (TIQ) is a world-class development on 22 acres of the Olympic Park site. It includes 3 acres of civic and open space, four million sq ft of office space and 330 new homes.

TIQ will be one of the UK’s largest mixed-use schemes, all set within a unique parkland environment and with unrivalled connectivity via Stratford International, two Underground lines, Docklands Light Railway and Crossrail.

Bells MES has been commissioned to house fuel tanks at ground level, run fuel pipes to pumps on the 1st Floor, and then run piping through to a generator on the 19th floor.

Scheduled for completion in 2025, this is a massive project that requires our team to work flexibly around construction – installing pipework at the same time as the floors are being built.

Our work is due to start imminently and we are thrilled to be part of what is set to be London’s most vibrant urban development.
